Extra Virgin, Organic, Stone Milled and Cold Pressed

Biolea is a superbly balanced stone milled and cold pressed organic olive oil. This is followed by light bitterness and a good burst of pepper.  Herby sorrel tones return on the long aftertaste."

Use Biolea olive oil as a condiment for dipping bread, drizzle over delicate ingredients such as seafood, pasta, young salad greens or grilled vegetables.

Biolea's olive oil is exclusively estate-bottled. We use the black cylindrical glass bottle for protection and elegance. Our olive oil is unfiltered. We allow the olive oil to settle and then decant it repeatedly in stainless steel tanks before bottling.  Each bottle is inspected and lot numbered by hand.
