Fresh lemon zest!

Ladolemono, an olive oil and lemon vinaigrette, is used in all Mediterranean cuisines, especially the Greek. Biolea's LemoniO is based on this traditional recipe, but its flavour and aroma are intensified since the whole lemon is milled with the olives. In addition, the large amount of the natural antioxidants in the lemon rind ( lemonoids ) remain in tact during the stone milling. This product is an exciting ingredient and has uses in all forms of cookery:  salads, seafood, soups, roasts, and of course deserts.  Biolea's LemoniO is the ideal ingredient for lemon sauces and dressings.
