Enjoy an olive oil tour & tasting experience with a background of a breath taking sunset on ancient mount Rokka.
This tour is a collaboration between Biolea and one of the most awarded olive oils in Greece PAMAKO to bring to you an in-depth understanding of olive oil.
The tour includes a tour of the estate, the Biolea production mill & bottling facilities, a video & explanation of organic olive production & harvest during winter, an in-depth presentation of olive oil quality & organoleptic analysis, a tasting of 4 different varieties of Greek olive oil, a tasting of 3 different varieties of Cretan table olives.
The tour is followed by a specially designed 4 course olive oil pairing menu dinner by our Chef Michalis Papadakis.
