As olive oil producers, we take pride in the fact that we put every possible effort (from the olive cultivation and harvest to the bottling of the final product) into producing sustainable, organic and healthy stone milled & cold pressed extra virgin olive oil.
Our passion has grown to include other Cretan producers carefully chosen to have the same zeal in quality as our company in our project to present truly authentic and traditional Cretan flavors with a modern twist. Ingredients used to create this menu are seasonal, organic and most are sourced from within a very small mile radius.
Our beverages are freshly made using certified organic citrus fruits of our own production and wild herbs foraged from the Cretan mountains. We also carbonate our beverages ourselves to protect their freshness and flavor.

This coffee is an authentic Italian espresso from 8 chosen varieties of coffee with protected designation of origin from Central America and India. A blend that stands out for its aromas of flowers and notes of berries. The combination of mild acidity and an aftertaste of hazelnut create the ultimate flavor.

We foraged for wild asparagus in our village and the result is quite amazing! Artichokes, avocados and wild asparagus with Biolea Lemonio organic olive oil , lemon juice, parsley and olives brined in sea water and citrus juice. An unexpected but amazing combination! Vegetables are foraged from organic certified orchards or certified organic locally produced.
A refreshing salad with bulgur wheat, onion, cherry tomatoes, parsley,mint, basil, mizithra cheese, avocado, cucumber and other seasonal vegetables. Dressed with extra virgin cold pressed olive oil and garnished with black sesame seeds.

Grilled olive wood, sage and rosemary smoked pork chop. Topped with slowly caramelized onions cooked with our grandfather’s barrel aged wine and Biolea cold pressed extra virgin olive oil. Served with goat’s milk yoghurt & herbs dip and handmade pita bread of our production. Perfect pairing with a cold beer!
A different kind of cheesecake!
A base of carob rusks, honey, grape must reduction & Biolea Neratzio. Topped with a mixture of soft goat cheese, sheep & goat milk’s yogurt and lemon zest & juice. Served with seasonal homemade marmalade of our production.
Greek version of doughnut bights (but better) drizzled with pine-thyme honey and dusted with cinnamon and black and white sesame seeds. Fried in Biolea virgin cold pressed olive oil. Served with kaymaki-masticha ice cream.
Koliva is a dish that once was an ancient Greek gift to the goddess Dimitra in order to bring a bountiful spring. It consists of wheat berries combined with roasted nuts, pomegranate seeds, parsley immersed in a “cream” made from wheat broth and honey seasoned with cinnamon and clove. A fantastic super food which is an ideal way to start your day!
Crete has been a wine producing region for over 4000 years. In the last few decades wine industry has evolved, progressed and improved dramatically. Crete boasts over 11 indigenous grape varieties as well as unique expressions of international varieties. We have carefully selected this list to showcase all the wonders Cretan wine has to offer.
Vilana, Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat of Spina
Dry white wine with a white-yellow, almost straw-like colour, which has a great aromatic and fruity expressions as well as a round and rich structure and pleasant character. This wine retains its freshness due to the well-balanced acidity, leaving a refreshing aftertaste.
The moschato spinas grape originated just over the mountains from our olive mill in the village of Spinas. This is a crisp, light bodied, aromatic wine that smells of flowers and tastes of citrus.
100% Vidiano variety classic white vinification with fermentation in barrels.
Golden colour with green and yellow hues. Its aroma is rich of white flowers and citrus fruits, with a delicate buttery bouquet of a slight beeswax scent, apricot, linden and melon. Rich flavour that, while being aged in bottle, gets velvet, buttery and develops a dense apricot character. Superior long lasting aftertaste in apricot tones.
