Baked salmon with zucchini and fresh dill

1 each, yellow and green zucchini

2 fresh salmon fillets

Fresh dill

1 lemon

Biolea Lemonio


1. Cut the zucchinis into thin slices ( 1cm).

2. Place them in the center of baking paper and top with a slice of fresh salmon filet seasoned with fish seasoning mix. Top with fresh dill and slices of lemon, and drizzle with Biolea Lemonio olive oil.

3. Close the baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

4. After 20 minutes check the salmon and if is still raw in the middle bake for 5 more minutes more, but don´t let the salmon get dry!
