The character of the olive oil produced by arid sustainable cultivation acquires a subtle richness and complexity, which is characteristic of our local dry microenvironment and has a higher concentration of health benefits.
During the production process, the company is directly involved in all stages of planning and implementing recycling and waste management while also exploring possibilities of energy co-generation through waste utilization. Our mill operates with half the electricity than the average olive producing factory and produces very minimal wastes, of which a big percentage is recycled into biomass.
